About Us

BRUIS, opening in 2021, is a collaboration between Michelin-starred chef Jozua Jaring and host Lucas Knoll. You will immediately feel at home in the welcoming and atmospheric interior where, in addition to refined French classics, you can also expect creative and robust dishes on your plate. The extensive and diligently composed wine list completes your culinary experience.
